We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don't worry if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to return the purchased item for a replacement. We will accommodate replacement requests if the item received has a factory defect. We will NOT replace items if, you ordered the wrong size, the wrong color, wrong name, or wrong number. Sizing charts are available on every apparel and it is the shopper's duty to check and verify details on the order before checking out of our online store. All we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

If in any case you do not wish to have the item replaced, you can: (1) choose for a refund, or (2) to exchange it to a different item available as long as it is the same price or lower. We'll give you a refund on the item by the same method you used to pay in most cases. This refund will not include the delivery fee.
